LENS is delighted to invite you to its final conference, taking place on 15 October 2025 at Les Ateliers des Tanneurs in Brussels (BE). The full-day event will include research results, policy recommendations and panel discussions. The day will finish with a networking drink, which opens the possibility for you to mingle with our project partners.

We have closed registrations for on-site participation in Brussels. If you still want to participate on-site, please contact POLIS. It is still possible to participate online:
Why should you join the final conference?

The final conference is a chance to discover the project’s key results and their practical impact. You can discuss outcomes directly with the consortium and share your perspective on future applications. Experts in noise and air pollution will be present, offering insights into current challenges and solutions. It is a unique opportunity to learn, exchange ideas and help shape the debate on sustainable mobility.

Who should attend the event?

This event is relevant for original equipment manufacturers, citizens’ initiatives, policymakers and pollution measurement experts. OEMs can use the findings to improve vehicle design and compliance. Citizens’ groups will gain evidence to support advocacy on cleaner, quieter transport. Policymakers and technical experts will benefit from access to the latest data and direct dialogue with researchers.

What else is offered beyond project results?

The conference goes beyond results by creating space for networking and collaboration. A networking drink provides a relaxed setting to meet peers and project partners. Panel discussions on “what comes next?” will explore future research, policy and practical steps. This makes the event both informative and forward-looking.
