LENS invites you to save the date for an upcoming event with the CRETA project on 15 October 2024 in Barcelona, Spain at Recinte Modernista Sant Pau (Carrer de Sant Antoni Maria Claret, 167). The joint event will in conjunction with the third LENS measurement campaign in the city.

We are looking forward to share the latest updates from LENS and introduce you to the CRETA project, which aims to test solutions to facilitate interurban mobility and access to cities. A key feature will be the demonstration of a variable pricing system for vehicle circulation based on real and individual emissions, with access charges adjusted accordingly.

In addition to a project update from LENS, including preliminary results from the previous test campaigns in Leuven and Paris, the event will focus on the technical aspects of the emission measurement solutions used in both projects.

After a lunch break, we will discuss local air pollution challenges and mitigation strategies of Barcelona and the surrounding region of Catalunya.

The day will conclude with a visit to the live LENS measurement campaign (measurement location is Via Augusta 350).
